The really interesting, decent part of Death Becomes Her lasts about twenty minutes. I remember always thinking this film looked interesting because of the moment in the trailers that showed Meryl Streep and Goldie Hawn, beating each other to what would be death, but the both of them surviving. The Iron Lady (2012) Review

It’s not often I will agree with David Cameron but he made a good observation of The Iron Lady – They probably should have waited. The film is advertised as a biopic of Margaret Thatcher, portraying the key moments in her political career, of which there are many. This film could have chosen from a huge amount of key events that affected the whole country and just focused on that. A film on Thatcher and the Miner’s Strike or Thatcher and the Falklands.
